Following Dr. Bessel van der Kolk's groundbreaking work, The Body Keeps the Score, we now know how our bodies react to and carry stress and trauma, affecting our moods, increasing feeling stressed, and leaving us exhausted.
In this free workshop, join Ashley Pett, LMT, and Susan Stewart, LMFT, to learn more about how our bodies handle stress and how you can use simple tools to help lower stress levels quickly and naturally.
The workshop will be hosted at our office, 166 S Main St. Onsite parking is available.

Come once or six times for this series on techniques to regulate stress and anxiety through massage and somatic therapies.
Each session is a Thursday evening from 630pm to 8pm. You'll come away with at least two easy practices you can incorporate into daily or weekly routines to support your mental health and reduce overall stress.
Each session is $26 (for 2026). Sign up for all six for $120 ($20 each).
Feb 5 - Lymphatic drainage - This helps stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest, calm, connect) and reduce tension and fatigue.
Feb 19 - Trigger points - Releasing muscle tension in these points helps reduce pain and increase movement.
Mar 5 - Tapping - Also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique, tapping uses acupressure points and focused thoughts to alleviate symptoms.
Mar 19 - Scraping - Also known as Gua Sha, this helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and stimulates the body’s healing responses.
Apr 9 - Assisted stretching - Stretches feel great, and assisted streching helps you get those hard to stretch areas and release tension. Bring a friend!
Apr 23 - Bring a friend night - We will review several techniques and have time to practice more or go a little deeper. Your friend gets to participate free!
Valentine's Day Massage Workshop
Come enjoy and learn some easy massage techniques you and your partner can share, including trigger points, hands/feet, and back.
Wear comfortable clothing (but the only thing you'll take off is your shoes and your stress!) and go beyond chocolates and flowers to support your partner's mental health.
