Sometimes life can get overwhelming and we need a little help navigating the journey we are on. I am always honored to walk with others on that journey toward their best self for however long we work together, collaborating to find the skills, techniques, and solutions that work best for you in and outside of session.
In 2024, I graduated from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health. Since then, I have expanded my therapeutic knowledge base by becoming trained in the Gottman method (2024) and EMDR (2025). I believe in a holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy for both couples and individuals. I work with a variety of client types and ages, from teens to seniors, specializing in anxiety and trauma.
A little bit about me: I am a military spouse, a lover of stories, and the owner of too many cats. When I am not in the office I can usually be found doing something creative, be it gardening, sewing, or something in between.
