Ashley Pett, LMT
With over 8 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I bring a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to bodywork. My work is rooted in the belief that physical touch holds powerful potential-not just for relieving pain and tension, but for helping us move through emotional trauma and reconnect with ourselves.
I originally set out to become a social worker, driven by a deep desire to help others heal. Along the way, I discovered the transformative impact of physical touch-and found my true calling in massage therapy. I now help people from a physical standpoint, holding space for both body and spirit in their healing journeys.
I specialize in deep tissue massage, combining technical skill with a deep sensitivity to the body's cues. Every session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are-physically, emotionally, and energetically. I aim to create a safe, grounded space where healing can unfold naturally.
As human beings, we are wired for connection. I've seen how spending time in a compassionate, caring environment can ease anxiety, lift depression, and bring us back to life. I love bringing positive, uplifting energy into every space I enter-because smiles are contagious, and I truly believe in the ripple effect of kindness, presence, and human connection.
Over the years, my studies have landed me on the campuses of Georgetown, Penn State, and the Central Maryland School of Massage. These experiences have deepened both my technical foundation and my belief in the body's incredible capacity to heal when given the right support.
I am originally from Michigan, but my years with the Marine Corps have taken me all over the world-exposing me to different people, cultures, and perspectives that have shaped who I am today. About 10 years ago, I found my home in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. I've seen a lot of incredible places, but PA is definitely in the top three. Its natural beauty, sense of community, and slower pace continue to inspire me.
In my spare time, you'll find me hanging out with my two teenage daughters, hiking with my cattle dog Clyde, powerlifting in the gym, or hunting down treasures in the abundance of antique stores we have in this beautiful state. I love any excuse to be outdoors and seek connection with the wilderness. Nature, like touch, has a quiet wisdom-and I find deep restoration in both.
Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, past trauma, or simply need to reset, I'm here to support your journey with care, respect, and intentional touch.
