Lauren Eby, MFT Intern

Hi I’m Lauren. 

I work with clients who are experiencing life transitions and the emotions that accompany these changes. Whether this is a child becoming an adolescent, a couple becoming parents, a family losing a loved one, or a relationship coming to an end, these moments can be hard to navigate. I'm here to listen to the things you need to share, process, grieve, vent, and celebrate. I want to hear about the relationships that you hold, the ones you have lost, the ways that they have shaped who you are and who you want to become. I want to offer a place to talk about the parts of your story that feel too complicated or painful to process on your own. I think that it takes incredible courage to dive below the surface of our experiences, emotions, and patterns of behavior. I would love to support you in this endeavor.

I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Clinical Psychology from Messiah University in 2018. I am currently seeing clients at Whole and Holy as part of my internship for my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program at Kairos University. 

I like caramel flavored coffee, clever metaphors, granny hobbies, and tackling DIY renovation projects around my house.
