Integrative mental health addresses mental/emotional issues from a holistic perspective.

Many of the issues we struggle with have physical or spiritual components at the root. And all of these issues respond well to changes in how we treat our bodies and our relationships with others and with God.

By looking at the whole person in their whole context, greater and more effective long term healing and growth is possible.

Suggestions from an integrative perspective might include specific supplements or herbs, particular exercises, somatic (body) therapies such as massage or chiropractic care, and meditation. Particular therapies are always suggested based on your unique needs, context, and comfort level.
