Sitting in even the nicest office might feel intimidating or confining. 

Sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone when you are walking together.

We can take your therapy outdoors. By taking advantage of nearby parks and trails, we get the benefits of fresh air and movement. Often the environment or the movement makes it easier to release feelings or think outside the box.

Walk and talk therapy can be particularly beneficial right now. If you prefer in person therapy over video sessions but feel uncomfortable meeting in an office due to COVID-19 concerns, contact me for more details.
